Default Names - Guild Wars Forums

I made characters, played with him a bit, made a guild and got on peoples friends list, then I deleted him. The name still haunts me forever. I've got new characters, but whenever I make announcements in my guild it shows up as the other name and on the guild list and friends lists it always gives that annoying "Also 'name'".

Is there any way to change your first, or "default" name? Does it depend on how long the characters have played?

Am I doomed to have that forgotten character haunt me for the rest of my life?

I hope not. Am I?

Leave the guild, and have someone re-invite you on your new character.
